e-Fast has been developed by Able Computer Services Ltd in conjunction with Eureka Financial Solutions.

Andy Baker and Penny Wemyss, who between them, have more than 30 years experience in Financial Services currently manage a team of Advisers based throughout the UK and are fully aware of the difficulties and time-consuming work involved in compiling adviser Fee Statements. The idea for a web-based software solution originally came about as the task, every month, of collating from different sources and in different formats over 800 “bits” of income (and this was growing!) became more and more complicated and time consuming.

With the help of Kim Baker (Finance Manager for Eureka) they have been able to assist with the design of a system that collates all provider Income Statements including Openwork Access Data to produce a complete set of commission figures and statements for all advisers.

e-Fast enables the monthly statements to be produced within a couple of hours, saving days of administrative work every month and produces ‘penny’ accurate reports for both Management and Advisers. In addition, each Adviser has the facility to “Log-in” to their own Statement allowing them to Print or Save the current or previous statements.
